 I, the purchaser of this kitten coming under the terms of this agreement, do hereby agree that all terms shall be binding in a court of law. Should any of the terms
be broken by me, I realize that all Attorney and Court fees resulting in any legal action, will be paid by me, the purchaser.
 
 #1- This kitten was purchased for $_____________as a pet only and is therefore NOT to be used for any BREEDING purposes. This kitten has been sold as pet
quality, not as show quality, and therefore can not be entered or exhibited in any cat shows. If, however the kitten/cat develops into show quality, this condition may
be removed by a written amendment to this bill of sale by the seller/breeder.
 
 #2 - I agree that under no circumstances will I ever use this kitten for breeding. I agree to spay/neuter this kitten no later than  SIX  months of age. I will provide
the seller with a written statement from a licensed Veterinarian that this kitten was spayed/neutered by the date and age stated above. At that time, I will be
entitled to receive this kitten's papers for a $25.00 filing fee.
 
 #3 - Should I fail to keep this kitten for any reason, such as reselling or giving it to another party, I will still be responsible for the above term of this agreement or
I will pay the fee stated below , if this kitten was not spayed/neutered at the time of loss. (see #2 above)
 
 #4 - This kitten will never be sold, leased, or given to any pet store, research laboratory, or similar facility.
 
 #5 - This kitten will never be permitted to roam or live outdoors. Must live indoors at all times!
 
 #6 - I understand and agree to all of the above terms. Should I fail to fulfill the terms agreed to above, I agree to pay an automatic additional fee of  $1000.00  ,
which is the balance of value of this kitten/cat as a breeder.

  *** I have 72 hours from the date of this purchase to have this kitten examined by a licensed Veterinarian of my choosing. Only if the veterinarian finds that this
kitten has a fatal disease or genetic condition, may the kitten be returned for a replacement with all documentation provided. After 72 hours this sale is final.

***I understand and agree that life threatening genetic defects are guaranteed for one year with veterinarian documentation and will be replaced as available.

 **I understand that if this cat/kitten does not adjust well to my home or can't get along with my other animals, these are not grounds for return and/or a refund of
purchase price.
 
 This kitten is guaranteed to be healthy, FELV (Leukemia) negative, and has been inoculated against Rhinotracheitis, Calici, & Panleukopenia (feline distemper)
& Chlamydia. Booster due@ 1 year__.
 
 If for any reason you cannot keep the cat contact me, I may be able to help you re-home. I do not buy back cats/kittens.
